Our Vision Visit leads us into the future that you imagine. We break down where you are, and where you're going. We mold a mental vision of what you want to achieve because we know that success on the land is result of long range vision. This visit allows us to build our foundational relationship for further accomplishments.
Step Two:
Goal Digger Visit
This is the next step. After our initial consult, we will walk you through a 3-5 year plan tailored for your unique goals, suited to your property and budget. This workout establishes benchmarks and creates realistic targets for you to aim for. We know you have the seeds of greatness. All you have to do is plan the crop.
Property and Project Analysis
We can take the guesswork out of your most important purchase or evaluate the property you already own. Using your unique vision and targeted property use, we will evaluate a property based on it’s intrinsic value. Through a virtual visit or with boots on the ground we can evaluate the land for is ability to provide your needs. This versatile service would be beneficial for real estate agents looking to find property to meet a clients specific needs, investment funds, private investors, or those looking to develop a farm, agribusiness, or diversified homestead.

At this level, you will receive a boots on the ground consultation of the subject property. We will work through the steps, starting with the Vision Visit, to develop a customized design and plan for your property, your life and your budget.
We will help you create actionable steps tailored to your unique goals, vision and circumstances. This package also comes with monthly one on one calls for accountability, encouragement, and to evaluate progress towards goals.
