We can take the guesswork out of your most important purchase or evaluate the property you already own. Using your unique vision and targeted property use, we will evaluate a property or project based on its intrinsic value. Through a virtual visit or with boots on the ground we can evaluate the land for its ability to provide for your needs. This versatile service would be beneficial for real estate agents looking to find a property to meet a client's specific needs, investment funds, private investors, or individuals looking to develop a farm, agribusiness, or diverse homestead. A Boots on the Ground Package can be added to this service and is highly encouraged. We will schedule an in person visit to evaluate your property. This will be an additional cost by custom quote. We charge .65 cents per mile (round trip) and $200 per diem for travel expenses on driving trips. We would have to do a custom quote for airline travel.
